登記字形規則的問題

我正在整理《漢字整理案》許容體案的部分，《漢字整理案》使用的字體是教科書体而不是明朝体，我是否應該用「ユーザー占有グリフ」去登記這些字？suzume 2019年6月15日(星期六) 01:45

本來希望增加異體字，但無論如何命名，系統總是出現「このグリフ名は命名ルールに沿っていないため登録できません。別の名前を検討してください。」卻無法找到命名的指引，結果怎樣也無法儲存到字形。

About Nooalf

Gentlemen,

Have you thought about Nooalf？ It is written with spelling reforms of some languages.

The website (https://www.nqalf.com ) is available in English, Korean and Chinese, but not Japanese.

Some letters are mainly used for English. The others can be used for Arabic, Hebrew, Czech, Norwegian, Greek, etc.

A user in DeviantArt has made various Nooalf letters so you’ll know which one goes in the corresponding language.

The Nooalf letters can be found on the chart.

As I look at the list of UCSUR scripts in KreativeKorp, “Nooalf” is currently not found. There should be some space available in Plane 16 (u100000-u10fffd).

A font should have three sections in the Private Use Area:

Section 1	Nooalf letters mainly used for English
Section 2	Nooalf letters used for phonetic transcription
Section 3	Nooalf letters used for other languages

Within section 3, the following subsections will be in place:

Section 3.1	Nooalf letters
Section 3.2	Arabic letters
Section 3.3	Hebrew letters

For the Nooalf letters, even numbers (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, A, C, E) will be in place for capital letters, and odd numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, B, D, F) will be in place for small letters.

The proposal to encode “Nooalf” into the UCSUR can be accepted if the submission is available. Moreover, a font is required to make the letters displayable.
